You are required to check all the details within your booking confirmation as this document confirms your times and dates of travel. These will be a copy of the dates and times you’ve entered on the booking form.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or amendments to a booking or you may not be entitled to a refund. Cancellations should be made over the phone and you must speak to a member of staff at Nexus.
Nexus Transfers accept no responsibility for missed flights or connections due to delays and circumstances beyond our control. Please allow sufficient time for your journey. If you are unsure then please contact us for advice on journey times.
We allow customers 20 minutes from the scheduled pick up time from anywhere other than an airport before we then begin charging waiting time. Waiting time will be charged at £20 an hour in 15 minute increments from the scheduled pickup.
For airport collections, we allow 1 hour 20 minutes after your flight lands before we then start charging waiting time.
For collections between the hours of 11pm and 4am, Nexus will add a £20 unsociable hours surcharge, this will include flights scheduled to land at or after 22:30 as it’s very unlikely customers will be with their drivers before 23:00. Nexus won’t charge anything if your flight is scheduled to land earlier but then lands at or after 22:30.
Nexus Transfers will charge a soilage charge of £100.00 if a passenger vomits or soils the vehicle in any way. This cost is to cover loss of earnings and a full interior valet of the vehicle. It is a criminal offence to run off and not pay a soilage charge if someone is sick in a Private Hire Vehicle.
